Maybe there's a problem because we used frames. Do you have any problem
getting anything off the welcomehome.org page ... it uses frames too.
No more ideas at the moment.
Except, you might try moving your cursor to some point on the page,
pressing your mouse button, and drawing the cursor down the page while
holding your button down. This operation may, or may not, reveal text on
the page.
If all else fails I could FTP you a copy, or send it as an e-mail attachment.

The download would bog down, then a message would appear:
"Transfer Interrupted!"
Is somebody blocking this document?
I'd believe anything.
I personally have no knowledge of anyone blocking anything. Of course,
assuming someone where trying to block something, they probably wouldn't
tell me about it.
I think Problem 2 might be the "#LEA" on the end of the URL. I believe,
but am not certain, that "#LEA" might be an HTM code, which shouldn't be
included in an attempt to download the file.
Try deleting "#LEA," and try again.
