i'm only on page forty myself (took 89 pages to print it out) but i think it
is important to know how the f.s. thinks, unfortunately this report only
covers the gathering from one view point, perhaps there is a way to see the
final report submitted by the law enforcement command--interesting to see
that the line officer who was incident commander last year thought that the
threat of removing everyone physicially from the site was a law enforcement
bluff--looking back at both texas and north carolina, i personallly don't
think the law enforcement command team was bluffing in the least and could
put together an operation to remove folks if they chose
