The banking council was clearly visible to anyone with eyes. Everyday
after dinner, the hat money collected was brought to a circle of people at
the dinner circle itself - there was no hiding, and anyone could sit there.
WV BILL, i think you do the banking council a disservice with your
irresponsible post...
