my court update

My lawyer and the arresting officers would be satisfied with 6 months probation continued w/o a finding on
simple possession of marijuana. The Judge and DA want 18 months probation with a guilty finding on intent to
distribute. All the objections my lawyer brought up like illegal search, late Miranda reading, etc, were
denied by the Judge. The only reason I have to go back on October 29 is because the cops have not yet done a
drug analysis report. Any and all advice would be greatly appreciated.
