Hi Mark....

It isn't as deep as you would go in a session with someone you trusted,
didn't feel selfconscious about letting go in front of and who could tell
and manipulate muscles this person could see to be holding back. But
it's the next best as far as I can see and this persons position could be
taken over by the group; everybody helping everybody be aware of
holding back.
