I usually get to this one from the 4th of July Trailhead by Buckingham Campground. From there you need to go to Upper Diamond Lake by following the Diamond Lake Trail. It's a bushwack above treeline to where the routes start.

Routes

Gaiteraid: Moderate snow.
Snow Leopard: Steep snow. This route can be hard to find, as it melts out fast.
Snow Lion: Moderate snow.

Your can also climb the slopes on the north east ridge, probably moderate snow.
