1:00-3:00 Travel to west Plains Mo. We are at the Grand Villa, Best Western.

4:00-??? Meet in the afternoon to discuss the week's schedule, develop interview questions and a list of people to interview, etc.

Tuesday. October 1

8:00-10:00 Travel to site and meet Pareet personnel for entrance conference.

1:00-5:00 Entire team to meet with designated Intident Command team.

Wednesday, October 2

8:00-10:00 Conduct interviews with cooperating agency personnel (group setting).

10:00-12:00 Conduct conference call interview with designated individuals, e.g. RO group - Paul Stockinger, Cone Err (CCc), Dan Meyers Thurman Harp.

1:00-3:00 Review pertinent documents (1996 and previous years) 3:06-5:00 Begin drafting report.

Thursday, October 3

8:00-12:00 Draft repart

1:00-3:30 Finalize report

3:30-5:00 Exit conference with RF, if available

Friday October 4

8:00 Travel home
