July 20th -- August 28th

European gathering in Russia, near Mshinskaya (100 km south of St. Petersburg). To get there, take a local train from St. Petersburg (Varshavskiy or Baltiyskiy station) direction Louga, leave it at Mshinskaya station, then follow an abandoned railroad westward for 10 km. The gathering is at an old bridge over Kemka river. By car: Take the M20 St. Petersburg -- Pskov to Mshinskaya, then walk along the abandoned railroad. The seed camp is already there, everybody is welcome to come now & stay long. For travelling to Russia, you will need a visum. This is much easier when you are invited by Russians. Ask me or the Russian contact people for the details on getting invited by the russian family.

Also you can try a travel agency, it might be quicker that way and it's rather late now... Contact Svetlana Janker there, for Rainbow people she can do all the paperwork within ten days for around 120 DM. Probably this also works for people not from Germany.

Slovenia Gathering. The location is the valey of a small river Dragonja near Koper (Capodistria). This beautiful area is getting more and more polluted and needs to be cleaned in the first place but also transformed into a protected area so that another peace of Mother Nature can be preserved and saved for all those to come. September 28 - October 13th

There is a rainbow gathering going on in Schwaebische Alb mountains in south-western Germany (near Stuttgart). Full Moon on Oct 5th. It is near the town of Eningen. Directions: (by car) Take highway B 27 from Stuttgart to Tuebingen, then highway B 312 to Reutlingen. Where B 312 ends at Highway B 28 (Reutlingen-Metzingen) go to Metzingen. At the entrance of the town of Metzingen take the road to Eningen. Shortly before Eningen turn left onto the road to Wuertingen, upwards into the mountains. Up on the plateau there is a horse farm called Saint Johann. There you find the parking lot. From there you turn eastward to Fohlenhof. Shortly before Fohlenhof turn right until you see the tipis.

A Vision Council at Varanasi India for the 2000 World gathering to be in Australia. A preparation meeting will be held at the steps of the +Ganga at Asi Ghat on October 24th, at 11:00 am. New Zealand: Directions: head in the direction towards Kaitaia on state highway one. once getting over the mangamuka ranges travel for about 10 km where on the left is a oad signposted Takahue, take this road and you will end up at takahue from here veer left into Takahue saddle road past the hall and up this dirt road until it forks, at this fork take the left road which is warner road and continue alongside the river to the carpark (this will be signposted.) for more info call 09-8128781 (voicemail) or Pavlina on 09-814 9320, or email murajrainbow@hotmail.com.

January 18th - February 4th 1999

Australia: national gathering in Tasmania about 90kms east of Launceston, take the A3 road (past Scottsdale) to the turn off for Ringarooma. Go through Ringarooma, towards Mount Victoria, but turn towards Alberton. (Alberton is no longer a town, but is still marked on some maps). Follow the road to the end........welcome home! Seed camp start January 5th. Dogs are strongly discouraged, because there are cattle and sheep grazing nearby.
