hey s,
i agree with the big barrel magic hat idea, yet i wouldn't delete the
traditional mealtime collection. in fact i'd add a daily magic hat parade
on top of both of those. having done supply i must say that the more
active the hat is in collecting money - and the more
theater/entertainment involved in the process the more $$$ that will flow
into the hat and the more food/supply will flow out!
