I spent hours reading the FS report. I highly recommend it! It's
hopeful, funny, and informational. Learn how the Other Half sees our
Gathering/Movie/"Incident." Some nuggets:

The EMS unit at the ranger station treated sick and injured dogs.

Info on exactly who those low flying planes were.

Admission that LEO threats can be a bluff.

A Safety Officer concluded his report with "...be focused and good
things will happen."

Detailed reports of arrests, and outside medical incidents.

A Supply Unit leader who recommended that LEOs pack long jackets that
are able to cover their firearms -- "beneficial for relations"

Health Dept. officers who "did not intend to go to no man's land"
[A-Camp] because of "alcohol, hard drugs, BIG knives, even bigger guns,
and unmentionable activities."

Many more interesting tidbits, but most interesting:

A recommendation to Washington by the Incident Commander that the
Rainbow Family be given a waiver from the Special Use Permit Regulation
because of a history of good behavior.
