unfortunately...no....this is the inconsiderate (& i use the term loosely)
fault of the sender...they "attachment" was written in a word processor and
then "attached" to the email...unless the "attachment" is quite large or is
a graphic or picture file then most of the time it is much more "kind" if
the sender takes the few seconds required to copy/paste from the original
text directly into the email instead of "attaching". Another problem with
attachments is not all people have pc's (some have macs)...not all have
word perfect, or Word7, or whatever and they lack the capability to read
the file format attached/sent...much easier to just copy/paste into the
email...no muss/no fuss...
