Through the drums, singing, dancing and instruments, offering up our
strong emotions; ; so if things do get heavy, we won't be like a balloon
under pressure that might go ' pop '.
I help people to ' let go' through music, to express oneself with a lot of
passion, relieve that pressure. There is a time and place for it, save it
for a good time and do it often....potlucks are best. But if one is alone
it
is perhaps more important to get to someplace private trustfull, where
one can say what one feels, as loud as one wants to. Get it off ones
chest, so to speak.
