Having subscribed to In These Times, the Progressive, the Nation,
and Public Citizen, and reading misc.activism.progressive
religiously, I would say I am one of the most informed people
in the nation with regards to the alternative press.

Have I ever heard of the world court? Yes, but about once a year.

What is it? Where is it? Do you have to be a lawyer to talk to it?
Can they issue food serving permits?

How are their decisions enforced? Does it have an army?
